Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to account suspension.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35bmw login credentials. 35bmw will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.5 Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership is void and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
4.1 Deposits to your 35bmw account may be made via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, GrabPay, QR Ph, PesoNet, or 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to the availability of each payment channel at the time of the transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 35bmw does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed, and associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 35bmw does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose transaction charges independent of 35bmw. 35bmw has no liability for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.
4.4 Deposited funds are credited to your 35bmw wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a failed or delayed transaction, contact 35bmw support with the relevant transaction reference number.
4.5 35bmw reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
5.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 3. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed full identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
5.3 35bmw targets same-day processing of withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya for verified accounts. Actual transfer times depend on the receiving payment provider and are not guaranteed. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) business day.
5.4 35bmw reserves the right to impose a mandatory security review period for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk monitoring thresholds. During such reviews, the relevant funds will be held temporarily. Players will be notified and the review completed within five (5) business days in ordinary circumstances.
5.5 Winnings derived from free spins, bonus funds, or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Such funds will not be released for withdrawal until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied.

6.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
6.3 35bmw reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of material changes.

6.5 Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time per 35bmw account.
7.1 All games offered on the 35bmw platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed and audited third-party game providers. 35bmw does not modify game outcomes.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bmw's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes 35bmw's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the 35bmw platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact 35bmw support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 35bmw commits to acknowledging formal dispute communications within five (5) business days.
14.1 35bmw reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
